Two ways to work together.
Ongoing coaching
Case by case
Case by case.
Monthly coaching is offered case by case. I keep the roster small on purpose, and I don't have spots for everyone. If you're interested, apply and tell me where you're at. If it's a fit, we talk.
Bloodwork first
Every engagement starts with a comprehensive metabolic panel.
Before anything is prescribed, we draw a comprehensive metabolic panel and read every marker. That baseline becomes the blueprint. If your history or goals call for more, we add testing on top: full hormone panels, lipids, thyroid, whatever your case actually needs. No data, no protocol.
Your operating manual
A personal peptide and hormone optimization guide, curated for you.
No generic stacks. Your guide is built from your bloodwork and your goals: what to take, why it's included, what the research shows, when to take it, and where to source it. Every choice is explained in plain language, because the end goal is you coaching yourself.
This is what your protocol looks like.
A page from a real client protocol, redacted. Every client gets this depth.

Understanding the basics
Total testosterone vs free testosterone
Total testosterone is the sum of all testosterone in the bloodstream, including the portions bound to proteins like SHBG and albumin. Free testosterone is the small unbound, biologically active fraction: the form that binds to androgen receptors and drives strength, libido, recovery, and energy. Optimizing means raising the total while freeing up more of it.
SHBG, sex hormone binding globulin
SHBG binds tightly to testosterone and renders it inactive. High SHBG means lower free testosterone. The goal is to optimize total testosterone and lower SHBG slightly to free up more usable hormone.
Every supplement, explained
CoreBiome
Gut health touches everything: inflammation, mood, energy, recovery. CoreBiome delivers tributyrin, a stable form of butyrate, the anti-inflammatory short-chain fatty acid gut bacteria normally make from fiber. AM with breakfast; tributyrin absorbs with dietary fat.
Ubiquinol
The spark plug for cellular energy in the mitochondria; the body makes less of it after 40. It is the pre-converted, active form of CoQ10, and after 40 the body struggles to convert the cheaper ubiquinone form, so paying up is worth it. AM with fats.
Vitamin D3 + K2
Supports testosterone production, bone health, and immune resilience. Low vitamin D tracks with low testosterone, and supplementation raises it in deficient people. AM with food and fat for absorption.
Magnesium (glycinate + threonate)
Supports deep sleep, reduces nighttime cortisol, aids recovery. Deficiency reduces testosterone and impairs sleep; supplementation improves both. Taken at night for deep, restorative sleep.
Curcumin (Meriva)
The active compound in turmeric. Reduces inflammation and joint pain, especially in the shoulder, and supports recovery. PM to blunt nighttime inflammation; synergizes with magnesium for sleep.
NAC
Liver and organ support, antioxidant, respiratory protection. Boosts glutathione and supports overall detox pathways. PM to support overnight organ recovery.
Glycine
Drops core body temperature and acts as a mild calming neurotransmitter: you fall asleep faster, spend more time in deep sleep, and wake up sharper, with no grogginess and no dependence. 30 to 60 minutes before bed.
The compounds behind the results
[redacted], exercise mimetic
Flips the same cellular switches a hard workout does and tells the body to build more mitochondria. Paired with the cellular energy compound below: two angles on the same system, additive, not redundant. Cycled 8 weeks on, 2 to 4 off to keep receptor response strong.
[redacted], cellular energy
The molecule cells use to make energy. By your 40s you are at roughly half of what you had in your 20s. SubQ, mornings only; it is mildly stimulating and will wreck sleep if injected late. Push slow, 30 to 60 seconds.
[redacted], hormone
Half life is about 5 days, so every-5-day dosing creates a peak-and-trough rhythm: great right after, dragging by day 4 or 5. A Mon + Thu split keeps levels flatter and energy more consistent.
[redacted], healing blend
Four peptides in one shot, each hitting a different part of the healing cascade: one rebuilds collagen, one grows new blood vessels into injured tendons (the reason tendons normally heal so slowly), one helps damaged cells migrate in and rebuild, and one shuts down the chronic inflammation that keeps the pain cycle going. SubQ, as close to the injury site as you can reach.
Compound names stay client-only on the public page. Inside your protocol, everything is named, dosed, and explained.
Lifestyle, tuned to the same goal
- Sauna, 3 to 5 times a week: growth hormone, recovery, may help lower SHBG
- No fluids about 3 hours before bed: fewer overnight wake-ups
- Cold, dark room, consistent sleep and wake times
- Minimize alcohol: raises SHBG and impairs sleep
- Avoid soy, oat, and fake milks: estrogenic or overly processed
- Minimize processed foods: stabilizes insulin and cortisol

Hormones and peptides go through the prescribing physician or a vetted research supplier, pointed to separately.
Doses are always individual. Your protocol is built from your bloodwork, not from this page.
If everything above resonates, I’d love to hear from you.
One application. If it's a fit, we start with your bloodwork.
Let's build something that lasts.
